Harewood Operations is owned and operated by Paul Kinsey, an industry leader in night-time leisure.

The Brief

The Company needed a system to manage its numerous requests for guestlists. The new system had to be available through the company's own website as well as having a back end which could allow managers to export data for front door use.

The Approach

PowerText developed a guest list system that allows managers to define attributes for each night of trading. The system is designed to automatically close when the guest list is full.

We also added another key mechanic which allows the requester to invite their friends in a personalised email.

The Results

Over six years, the guest list system has processed over 2000 events and pushed 100,000 guests through the doors. As well as growing the database, the new system has transformed a once laborious management chore into a strategic management tool.
