Fan Moderation Console

People do a lot of their shouting online. With this in mind PowerText developed the Fan Moderation tool, an integral part of our console, to help you keep abreast of your reputation around the clock.

How does it work?

PowerText automatically imports the wall stream content from your page(s) every few minutes and checks it against a list of keywords that you can define with help from our expert team. If a keyword appears within a post then you'll automatically receive an email alert containing a link directing you to the relevant post.

Why is it of benefit?

Your Facebook page is a fluid conversation that customers can contribute to. Posts are mostly positive but on occasion a customer may feel let down by their brand experience and post a negative, offensive or derogatory remark. When this happens it's important that you act swiftly to limit potential damage and where possible positively turn the tide.
